General Club Conduct

• Respect All Drivers: Maintain a positive, family-friendly environment. No foul language, shouting, or throwing of equipment.

• Welcome Newcomers: Experienced drivers are expected to help and encourage beginners. We all started somewhere!

• Keep Pit Areas Clean: Clean up your workspace before you leave. Dispose of trash and pack up your gear properly.

 

Track & RCP Care

• Clean Shoes Only: Never step on the RCP track tiles with outdoor shoes. Use dedicated track shoes, socks, or step around the perimeter.

• No Food or Drinks: Keep all liquids, snacks, and vaping/smoking away from the track and pit tables.

• Inspect Your Vehicle: Ensure your 1/28 car has no protruding screws, sharp chassis edges, or leaking fluids that could tear or stain the RCP foam.

 

Driving & Racing Etiquette

• Yield to Faster Drivers: If you are being lapped by a faster car (especially during a race), hold your line and let them pass cleanly on the inside or outside. Do not try to block them.

• No Intentional Hacking: Rough driving, intentional crashing, or taking shortcuts to gain an advantage will not be tolerated.

• Marshalling Duty: If you are racing in a heat, you are expected to marshal the heat immediately following yours. Turn flipped cars over quickly and safely, placing them back on the track in the direction of traffic.

 

Vehicle Specifications (1/28 Scale)

• Tire Restrictions: Use only approved foam or rubber compounds that do not damage the RCP surface. No tire traction compounds (sauce) allowed.

• Battery Safety: All LiPo batteries must be charged inside a safety bag at the designated charging stations. Never leave a charging battery unattended.
